Application to the School of Foreign Service Peer Mentor Program 2012
Dear Applicant,
In their effort to improve the Freshman Experience and to foster Mentorship throughout the SFS, the SFS Academic Council and the SFS Dean’s Office are determined to continue to expand the Peer Mentor Program. Next semester, the SFS Dean’s Office has set aside funding specifically for the program to aid mentors and support their events, coffee/office hours, and other programming.
Every peer mentor will have the opportunity to meet with his/her peer mentees once a week and schedule monthly events and work closely with the individual ProSeminar Professors to help freshmen adjust.
To apply, please fill out the following information and send it to Rebecca Ernest at rre8@georgetown.edu by Tuesday, April 17th.
Sincerely,
The SFS Academic Council and the SFS Deans Office
