All seniors are expected to schedule an appointment with their Dean prior to spring pre-registration in order to complete the Application for the Degree and the Senior Review. Pre-registration for the Spring 2014 semester begins the week of November 4th.

1)  Log on to MyAccess to review your transcript and confirm that is complete and accurate.  Your transcript should include all pre-GU credit, (AP, IB, 13th year credit) summer and study abroad transfer credit, and language proficiency if complete.  If any credit is pending, contact your Dean to sort it out.  After reviewing your transcript, log on to MyAccess to review your degree audit and transcript to determine if all coursework has been correctly applied to your degree and major.  If there are discrepancies or adjustments needed, work with your Dean to resolve.

2)  After you have reviewed both your transcript and degree audit, complete the SENIOR DEGREE CLEARANCE FORM and e-mail it to your Dean (a SAMPLE form is attached). You will soon hear from your Dean about scheduling an appointment to complete the Senior Review.  All SFS graduates are required to meet with their Dean to complete the Senior Review which is when you will get written confirmation of final degree requirements.  All Senior Reviews must be complete by October 31st.

3)  Next, complete and submit the Application for the Diploma.  Information on this form is used to order your diploma, for the Commencement Book and the Tropaia Awards Program.  All diploma applications must be submitted by October 31st.
